Olympic Hardwood is run by Rafal Nalej, a Polish-American craftsman who has been supplying, installing and refinishing hardwood across the Valley since 2012.

What we do most
Subfloor prep and moisture testing before a single board goes down. Nail, staple or glue-down over a concrete slab, old floor removal, baseboards and clean transitions - all planned for the desert climate.
You pick the floor off our wall in Phoenix and the crew that lays it works for the same company that sold it to you.
How we install
A dustless system and your choice of stain and sheen. When a floor only needs a screen-and-recoat, we say so.
Vacuum-shrouded tools and sealed containment, so the dust leaves in a hose instead of settling on everything you own.
Hardwood 101
Most flooring advice online is written for temperate climates with wood subfloors. Phoenix has slabs, single-digit indoor humidity and fine abrasive dust, and each of those changes the right answer.
