We're based on N 24th Ave in north Phoenix and we work throughout the metro area. If you can't get to the showroom, we bring hand-picked samples to you.
Where we've actually worked
Not a list of places we would be willing to drive to. These are communities with our floors on the ground, and what we did there.
If you're not in north Phoenix
The showroom sits just off the I-17. For central and north Phoenix, Arcadia, Glendale, Peoria, Anthem or Cave Creek it's a short drive, and you can walk in Mon-Fri 9 AM-3 PM without an appointment. For everyone further out, two things work better.

Call ahead, tell us what you're after, and the relevant boards will be out and ready when you arrive. It turns a browsing trip into a decision, which matters when you've driven in from Queen Creek.
Or we come to you
We hand-pick samples against what you've described, bring them to the house, take field measurements and inspect the subfloor while we're there. Same conversation, in the light the floor will actually live in. Clients have made this work from as far as Yuma.

Questions about coverage
Do you charge extra to travel to my part of the Valley?
No. The estimate covers the work, not the drive. Where distance does change things is scheduling - a job in Queen Creek or the far West Valley is easier for everyone if we plan the days rather than squeeze them between two Phoenix jobs, and we say so when we quote.
How far outside Phoenix will you go?
Across the metro area as standard. Beyond that it depends on the size of the job: a whole-house floor in Prescott or Sedona can make sense, a single bedroom two hours away usually does not. Clients have made the in-home sample visit work from as far as Yuma. Ask and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do I have to come to the showroom, or will you come to me?
Either. Plenty of clients never come in at all. A phone call first to get the brief, then one of us arrives with hand-picked samples chosen against it, takes field measurements and inspects the subfloor while we are there.
Is it the same crew everywhere in the Valley?
Yes. We do not subcontract the work out to whoever is nearest. The same installers who work in north Phoenix work in Chandler and Surprise, which is the point of keeping the team small.
